Chef Paul Freeman, an experienced French trained Personal Chef with over 15 years professional catering experience excels in exhibition and charismatic cooking with superior products which will make an event one to remember. Utilizing his agricultural background he has perfected the quality of his protein offerings like no one else.
Paul introduced his own twist on beef while growing his
business at the Moscow, ID Farmers Market. After several years of running
his business and working as the catering supervisor at the University of Idaho,
Paul decided it was time relocate to the Walla Walla WA and achieve a Culinary Arts and Sciences degree.
Currently under construction is a building in Old Town Freewater Oregon. "The Bank", built in 1906 will provide a wonderful environment to sample the wealth of products created by Chef Freeman. The Bank will meet your expectations with a wealth of taste and a multitude of personal and professional opportunities.
