Paul Freeman grills what he used to ranch. This cowboy and
rancher as spent many years perfecting his recipes. Utilizing his
cattleman background he has perfected the quality of his beef like no one else.
Paul introduced his twist on Santa Maria Tri Tip while growing his
business at the Moscow, ID Farmers Market. After several years of running
his business and working as the catering supervisor at the University of Idaho,
Paul decided it was time to up root and move to the Walla Walla Valley.
Paul is currently enrolled at Walla Walla Community College to continue his
education in the Culinary Arts.
