The Grill, owned by Paul and Angie Freeman, now is open to the public on Fridays.
The Grill is a catering company that features Santa Maria-style beef tri-tip and pork loin
cooked on a charcoal grill. The Freemans recently added a third item - boneless country-style
pork ribs.
They will sell the ribs from 2-6 p.m. Fridays at the corner of
Sixth and Jackson streets in Moscow behind the Royal Motor Inn. They also
are open noon-3 p.m. on Saturdays. The cooked beef and pork is sold for $10 per pound.
"It's a good alternative to pizza and other fast foods you take
home," Paul Freeman said. "This is a good way to sell it."
Cooking the product in public has helped to build the full-service catering business,
he said. "It's good cow, man."
